Applications:

1)The product can enhance the fastness to wet rubbing of reactive dye,direct dye,reactive turquoise blue and dyeing or printing materials.

2)It can enhance the fastness to soaping,laundering perspiration,crocking,ironing and light of reactive dye or printing materials.

3)It has no influence on the brilliance of dyeing materials and colored light,which is propitious to the production of staining products in accurate accordance with the standard sample.

Concentration and viscosity of solution can be customized according to customers’ needs.

Usage and Precautions:

1.Process Parameters:

Dilute the fixing agent with water 1-2 times first,with a reference dosage of 0.5%-3%(o.w.f)(depending on the process and fabric requirements).

Fixed color temperature:50-70℃;Time:15-20minutes;pH value:5.5-6.5

2.Process Flow:

Dyeing→Water washing(→Soap boiling→Water washing)→Fixation→Water washing→Other post-processing

3.Precautions:

1)Before fixing,it is necessary to thoroughly rinse with clean water to avoid residue affecting the fixing effect;

2)After fixation,rinse thoroughly with clean water to avoid affecting the effectiveness of subsequent processes;

3)The pH value can also affect the fixation effect and the color brightness of the fabric.Please adjust according to the actual situation;

4)The increase in the amount of color fixing agent and the increase in temperature are beneficial for improving the color fixing effect,but excessive use may lead to color change;

5)The factory should adjust the specific process according to the actual situation of the factory through samples,in order to cahieve the best color fixation effect.

Package and Storage:

1)The product is packed 125kg net in plastic drum.

2)This product is common chemical and should be stored at room temperature.Do not expose it to direct sunlight.It is recommanded to store at a temperature of 5-30℃.

3)Shelf life:12months.
